Lukasz Chudzik

Lukasz has more than 21 years of experience in the welding industry. He is originally from Poland and is known for his interests in adventurous sports and wildlife. As a leader, he believes in teamwork and provides equal opportunities for all to grow and excel.

Lukasz earned his mechanical engineering degree from the Technical University of Silesia (TUS) in 1998. He started his career as the Logistics Manager in the year 1999 while securing a Masters in Business and Administration from TUS in 2000. Between 2002 to 2015, Lukasz worked in various senior positions across leading organizations in the welding industry.

In the year 2015, Lukasz joined ITW Welding as the General Manager and is currently managing the overall operations in the Middle East and CIS region. Under his leadership, the Middle East team has won major deals and continues to earn great feedback from customers and partners.
