MEGAFIL 1100 M

MEGAFIL 1100 M is a 120 ksi tensile, high-performance seamless metal cored wire for use with high-strength, low-alloy steels such as ASTM 514, HY-100, and T1 steels, HSLA, Q&T Steels. Diffusible hydrogen levels will be less than 4ml/100g of deposited weld metal, giving it more resistance to cracking. Metal cored wire that provides higher deposition rates than the solid wires, and seamless technology helps to get the weld deposits with extra-low hydrogen weld metal. Suitable for use in automated and mechanized applications in offshore, pipeline, heavy equipment, crane, and lifting equipment, and pressure vessels.
