Hoballoy 11018M electrode conforms to ASME BPVC Section II part C SFA 5.5 AWS E11018M H4R classification. High performance, low hydrogen weld metal, low moisture absorption rate, good arc starting and stability, excellent wetting action, easy to remove slag, all-position welding capability, and very low smoke and spatter levels, impact toughness upto -51°C are charateristics of this electrode. Offshore structures, Jack-up Rigs, Crane parts are potential areas of usage for this electrode.
